Ingredients:
For the Crispy Chicken:
- 500g boneless chicken (cut into bite-sized pieces)

- 1 egg
- ½ cup milk or water

For the Stir-Fried Noodles:
- 200g egg noodles (cooked)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 small onion (sliced)
- ½ cup bell peppers (sliced)
- ½ cup shredded cabbage
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp oil
For the White Rice:
- 1 cup white rice
- 2 cups water
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Crispy Chicken:
- 1. In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- 2. In another bowl, whisk egg and milk.
- 3. Dip chicken pieces into the egg mixture, then coat in the flour mixture.
- 4. Heat oil in a pan and deep-fry the chicken until golden and crispy.
- 5. Drain on paper towels.
2. Make the Sauce:
- 1. In a pan, heat 1 tbsp oil and sauté garlic and ginger.
- 2. Add soy sauce, honey, ketchup, vinegar, hoisin sauce, and chili flakes.

4. Cook the White Rice:
- 1. Rinse rice and add it to a pot with water and salt.
