Classic Detox Water Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced (boosts vitamin C, aids digestion)
- ½ cucumber, thinly sliced (hydrating and anti-inflammatory)
- 5–6 mint leaves (refreshes and supports digestion)
- 1 tsp grated ginger (optional – adds a metabolism-boosting kick)
- 1–2 liters of cold water
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
- Wash all ingredients thoroughly.
- Slice the lemon and cucumber into thin rounds.
- Add lemon, cucumber, mint, and ginger to a large pitcher or water bottle.
- Pour in the cold water and stir gently.
- Let it infuse in the refrigerator for at least 2–4 hours (or overnight for stronger flavor).
- Serve chilled, with or without ice.
Tips:
- You can refill the pitcher with water 2–3 times before replacing the ingredients.
- For variety, try adding berries, orange slices, or apple + cinnamon sticks.
- Drink throughout the day for best results.
