detox water

Ingredients:

  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced (boosts vitamin C, aids digestion)
  • ½ cucumber, thinly sliced (hydrating and anti-inflammatory)
  • 5–6 mint leaves (refreshes and supports digestion)
  • 1 tsp grated ginger (optional – adds a metabolism-boosting kick)
  • 1–2 liters of cold water
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Wash all ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Slice the lemon and cucumber into thin rounds.
  3. Add lemon, cucumber, mint, and ginger to a large pitcher or water bottle.
  4. Pour in the cold water and stir gently.
  5. Let it infuse in the refrigerator for at least 2–4 hours (or overnight for stronger flavor).
  6. Serve chilled, with or without ice.

Tips:
  • You can refill the pitcher with water 2–3 times before replacing the ingredients.
  • For variety, try adding berries, orange slices, or apple + cinnamon sticks.
  • Drink throughout the day for best results.
