White Rice with Chicken, Cabbage Stir-Fry, Mashed Pumpkin, Beetroot Salad, Potato Salad, and Spicy Tomato Sauce
Ingredients:
- Long-grain rice
- Water
- Salt (optional)
Instructions:
- Rinse rice thoroughly in cold water until the water runs clear.
- Bring water to a boil in a pot, add rice and a pinch of salt.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until water is absorbed and rice is tender (~15-20 minutes).

- Chicken drumsticks
- Seasoning: garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, thyme
- Oil (if frying)
Instructions:
- Season chicken and marinate for at least an hour.
- Grill or fry until golden brown and cooked through.

6. Fried Bean Sauce or Tomato Sauce
Ingredients:
- Chopped tomatoes
- Onions, garlic
- Cooked beans (optional)
- Bell peppers
- Seasoning: bouillon, chili, salt
Instructions:
- Sauté onions and garlic, add chopped tomatoes and peppers.
- Add beans if using and simmer until thick.
