Crispy chicken legs: the secret to make them perfect!
Have you ever tried to cook chicken into milk? The result is so good
INGREDIENT

120 g (1 cup) all-purpose flour
120g (1 cup) breadcrumbs

METHOD
Place chicken into the saucepan, season with salt and pour milk and water just to cover the mea
Cover the pan with a lid and cook chicken on medium-low heat for 20 minute
Leave the chicken to cool dow
Meanwhile whisk breadcrumbs and flour with paprika, oregano, salt and pepper
Separately whisk eggs with mil
Dredge chicken in flour, dip into eggs and cover with breadcrumbs agai
Fry chicken legs for 15 minutes, turning constantly for even brownin
