INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1/3 cup red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup red cabbage
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup green beans
- 2 tbsp slivered almonds
- 6 shrimp
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/4 tsp sea salt & pepper
- optional: avocado
- For the sesame dressing:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame THAI SESAME SHRIMP SALAD
INSTRUCTIONS
Start by mixing all ingredients together for the Sesame Dressing. Mix thoroughly. Set aside
In pan, add minced garlic, sesame oil, green beans and shrimp. Saute shrimp and green beans until fully cooked. Set aside.
Chop up remaining veggies if needed: red cabbage, red bell pepper, carrots.
Assemble salad with mixed greens, shredded carrots, red cabbage, red bell pepper, slivered almonds, cashews and sauteed green beans and shrimp.
Top with
sesame dressing and enjoy!
