Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks 
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt (for a vegan option) 
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or coconut milk 
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (if vegan) (optional) 
  • Ice cubes (optional) 

Instructions:

Prepare the Ingredients: If using fresh mango, peel and chop it. If using frozen, it's ready to use.

Blend: In a blender, combine the banana, mango chunks, Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt, almond milk or coconut milk, and honey or agave syrup. Add ice cubes if you prefer a colder smoothie.
