Classic Breakfast Platter

Ingredients:**


  • - 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • - 2 tablespoons sugar
  • - 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • - 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • - 1 cup milk
  • - 1 egg
  • - 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • - 4 sausages (your choice of meat or plant-based)
  • - 4 large eggs
  • - 2 large potatoes, diced
  • - 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • - Salt and pepper to taste


**Directions:**


1. **Pancakes:** In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter. Combine the wet and dry ingredients to form a batter.

2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden.

3. **Sausage:** In the same skillet, cook sausages until browned and cooked through, turning occasionally.

4. **Eggs:** In another skillet, heat a bit of oil and fry eggs to your liking (e.g., sunny side up).

5. **Golden Potatoes:** Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
