Ingredients

  • - 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized cubes
  • - 1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • - 2 tbsp olive oil
  • - 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • - 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • - 1 tsp garlic powder
  • - 1 tsp onion powder
  • - 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • - Salt and pepper, to taste
  • - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • - Lemon wedges (for serving)


Instructions:


1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

2. Toss steak cubes in the marinade and let sit for at least 15 minutes.

3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook marinated steak cubes for 2-3 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Set aside.

4. In the same skillet, cook shrimp for 1-2 minutes per side, or until pink and opaque.

5. Return steak bites to the skillet with shrimp and cook together for 1-2 minutes, allowing flavors to meld.
