Ingredients:
- 10 long beans, chopped
- 6 pieces of tofu, cut into cubes, fried
- 2 lime leaves
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 galangal segment
- To taste granulated sugar, salt, pepper, seasoning
- A little water
- Cooking oil for frying
Ground spices:
- 5 cayenne peppers
- 10 curly red chilies
- 1 red tomato
- 8 red onions
- 4 garlic
How to make
1. Prepare all the ingredients, wash the long beans, cut them into pieces then fry them, cut the tofu into pieces then fry them.
2. Saute the ground spices until cooked, add the lime leaves, bay leaves, galangal, salt, pepper, granulated sugar and seasoning. stir well.
3. Add the fried tofu and long beans, stir well then add a little water, stir, cook until the water is reduced and absorbed
4. Taste test, if you don't think it's enough you can add more. Lift then transfer to a serving plate.
