Ingredients
For the Chicken Wings:
- 1 kg chicken wings

- 3 large potatoes, cut into fries

- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
For the Salad:
- 1 cup mixed lettuce
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup black and green olives
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 lemon, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Chicken Wings:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
In a bowl, mix barbecue sauce, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Coat the chicken wings in the mixture and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Place the wings on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
