Ingredients:
For the Marinated Grilled Beef:
- 500g beef, cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- Salt to taste
- Juice of half a lemon
For the Spiced Rice:
- 2 cups basmati rice
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 cups chicken broth or water
- 2 tbsp butter or oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
For the Guacamole Sauce:
- 1 ripe avocado
- ½ red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preparing the Beef:
1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, black pepper, paprika, cumin, garlic, ginger, salt, and lemon juice.
2. Add the beef cubes and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes (preferably 2 hours in the fridge).
3. Grill the beef in a hot pan or on a grill until cooked and well-seared.
Preparing the Rice:
1. Heat the butter in a pot and sauté the onion until golden.
2. Add cumin, turmeric, and rice, stir
