This dish consists of grilled and crispy fried chicken served with creamy pasta. Here’s how you can make it:

Ingredients:

For the Grilled Chicken:

2 large chicken thighs

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp salt

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp dried herbs (oregano or thyme)

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp honey (optional)


For the Crispy Fried Chicken:

1 chicken breast, sliced

1 cup flour

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)

1 cup buttermilk (or 1 cup milk with 1 tbsp vinegar)

Oil for frying


For the Creamy Pasta:

2 cups penne pasta

1 tbsp butter

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp dried parsley

Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions:


     1. Prepare the Grilled Chicken:

1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, smoked paprika, dried herbs, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and honey.

2. Coat the chicken thighs with the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.

3. Grill the chicken over medium-high heat for about 6-8 minutes per side until fully cooked and caramelized.

1. In one bowl, mix flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, and chili flakes.

2. In another bowl, soak the sliced chicken breast in buttermilk for 15-20 minutes.
