Instructions:
1. Pap (Ugali/Nshima):
1. Bring the water and salt to a boil in a pot.
2. Gradually add the maize meal, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
3. Stir until it thickens, then cover and let it cook on low heat for about 10 minutes.
4. Stir again and let it sit for another 5 minutes before serving.
