Ingredients
- - Chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
- - 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- - 1 Green pepper, chopped
- - 2 cups Mushrooms, sliced
- - 1 Onion, sliced
- - 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- - 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- - 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- - 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- - 1 tsp Salt
- - 1 tsp Sesame oil
- - 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- - 1/4 cup Water
Instructions
1. Prep Chicken:Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
2. Mix Sauce: Combine oyster sauce, soy sauce, black pepper, cornstarch, salt, and water in a bowl.
3. Cook Chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a pan, add chicken, and cook until browned (5-7 mins).
4. Add Veggies: Stir in onions, garlic, and mushrooms. Sauté for 3-4 mins.
5. Add Sauce: Pour sauce over chicken and veggies, cook until thick (2-3 mins).
